"We heard about this company from a mutual friend a few years ago and we were having air-conditioning issues on a very old unit that we were trying to put Band-Aids on until we could afford a new one. Joel, who is our technician and the owner came out and told us that we could of course buy a new one but he thought we could get another year or two out of this unit and so we just put some freon in it and said a prayer, crossed our fingers, knocked on wood, etc., etc. Finally, the time came when it was time to get a new AC unit. We got a quote and we were pleasantly surprised at the cost but honestly the customer service that happened long before the new unit is what sold us and we did not even bat and  immediately signed the quote and a week later the company was out for installation.  He started on a Friday around noon and they were done in full by Saturday afternoon. He even moved our unit up into the attic which was more work. Everything was left clean and it has been a month now and we have no issues. Being in TX it is rare to hear the words “it’s cold in the house” but is a frequent statement in the house now.I highly recommend this company for their customer service, excellent work, and high-quality of character.
